Overnight Scope
Overnight care is charged per night and includes overnight presence plus scheduled pet-care activities described in the confirmed service plan. Overnight care is not continuous 24-hour supervision. Sitters may leave the home for work, errands, meals, personal obligations and other scheduled services. The client confirms that each pet can safely remain alone for the periods disclosed and agreed before service.
Service Hours & Windows
Regular pet-care services are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Requested service times are assigned a confirmed window, generally two hours, to account for travel, traffic, weather, emergencies and the needs of other pets. Time-sensitive medication requirements must be disclosed and approved before booking.

What Must I Provide for an Overnight Sitter?
Clients must provide a clean, safe sleeping area with a proper bed or suitable sofa bed, freshly cleaned bedding, a clean bathroom, towels and working utilities. Sitters are not expected to sleep on the floor or a makeshift mattress.
What Happens If My Return Is Delayed?
Clients must notify Genuine Love Pet Care immediately of delayed or changed return plans. Additional coverage is not guaranteed until confirmed. Depending on the pet’s needs and team availability, coverage may be provided as a drop-in visit, constant care or an additional overnight and will be charged at the current applicable rate. If coverage is unavailable, the client’s emergency contact may be required to assume care.
