Depending on location, dates and availability, care may be provided by Vanessa or an approved Genuine Love Pet Care team member. Every confirmed booking remains managed through the company, and clients receive clear communication about who is assigned. Backup coverage may be used when necessary to protect continuity of care.

We serve dogs, cats and select small or exotic companion animals with routines tailored to the individual pet. Our services are designed for pets that can safely remain alone during normal workday periods. Safety, behavior, care needs, location and team availability are reviewed before booking.
